Very few customers return our baby gift products to us, however, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase, less shipping charges. The returns procedure is as follows:
- Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order for return authorization code and instructions (info@babyAffairGifts.com); also, the reason for the return.
- All items must be returned, undamaged within its original packaging and tags. Also, all original receipts and invoices that accompanied the purchase.
- We will process a refund of your purchase, less shipping charges, within 10 business days from the date the item is received. We are not able to reimburse you for return shipping charges.
